Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.  On Fridays, we are open from 8:30am- noon and often later.  Please know that we make every effort to see you in a timely manner as we recognize that your time is every bit as valuable as ours. 

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance so that someone else may be seen in your place. Please know that if you fail to cancel your appointment and fail to show more than one time, you may be charged a fee in order to schedule your next visit.  Should you fail to show a second time, you will not be seen without pre-paying for the cost of your visit.
